Nepal has an immense possibility of all the form of renewable energies. Himalayas and High hills have blessed Nepal with great possibility of hydro and wind energy. The NASA satellite data shows a great deal of harnessing solar energy in the terai region and hilly region. It is just like having a thousand dollar of check in pocket and asking pedestrians for a quarter because we don’t know where to cash the check.

Small renewable energy projects do not require multimillion investment, a group of small people can join hand and can make a difference. The return of investment would be fast, thus replication of success would be easy. We think it is the way to go to solve the crisis of Nepalese Energy sector. The isolated micro grids in remote villages would make a huge difference in people’s life. People are working in rural electrification project for many years, but sustainability of those projects is a major issue, only a carefully planned project will succeed to make a difference.

After i first chatted with few people then later meet them, i felt a tremendous difference between their online personality and their face to face personality. I felt they are quite frank and talkative online but in person they are reserved and shy. I used to think the facebook profile, chats, emails are reflection of the personality. But i am not sure if my belief really upholds in reality.  Is online personality really different than the “real” person?  Or Is it just time taken to “open up”?

My country has already seen three revolutions in 5 decades. The pigs are changing, in 2007 BS it was King Tribhuvan, In 2047 BS it were political parties and now the pig is Maoists. Nevertheless all four foot creatures have finally converted to “two legged”.

The pigs stage revolution by slogans of equality, justice denouncing the previous ruler as symbol of injustice. After revolution succeeds then the Pigs are rulers. Then the equality rules is translated to “Some animals are more equal than others”.  The Pigs use imaginary return of the previous ruler to make public comply with their decisions. If anybody managed to raise voice against them then the “agent of injustice” would be executed “for Justice and equality”.  The  pigs enjoy “Milk and Apples” of the farm for “Justice and Equality”. With dogs guarding the pigs’ rooms no one would dare to raise voice. The Nepali Pigs are trying to get rid of other dog “Nepal Army” to make their dog dominant.

Castro in Cuba, Guddafi in Libya are few other examples of pigs in World’s political map who have managed to rule for a long time. The revolutions do not good to people, it’s just “Mission Impossible” for normal people to benefit.  You have to be one of the pig who knows politics to get benefit from revolutions.

I don’t think this is against communism itself, but most of the pigs happened to be Communist. Nepal is a perfect example of inclusive set of pigs.

I try to not write about politics but politics has overshadowed everything in my country that what ever i think ends up in politics. If I think of going home forgetting everything and restart from within my relatives and family this freaking politics won’t let me work. Some times i think of starting politics on my own , but what the heck, i can contribute better striking keys of computer rather than convincing people think, what i believe.

oh!! i was about to write something about democracy. Recently, UML had it’s general convention in Butwal. And two of its leaders put forward their candidacy of the president of party. Everybody was trying to convince one of “the other” to withdraw, but in vain. Reports came some threw stones to one of the candidate for not withdrawing. I didn’t understand why a ‘democratic’ party was so scared of election. Election is a democratic procedure, where people elect person who they believe will do better for them.Why would election split a party ?

On the other hand, the oldest party, and self declared “only guard of democracy” of Nepal, took ten months to decide on it’s parliamentary group statutory. Why so long? One freaking question haunted whole party, Who the hell elects the deputy leader of the group? what a question to get stalled for the guard of democracy?

Nepali parties do not have democracy practise on it’s own, how can we believe that the democracy florish in country? We often get hostile to kings for obstructing the path of democracy, but parties are more to blame for. If a dog puts bone aside and fight with other dogs, then if bone gets lost, who to blame? Parties need to cure their demcracy phobia first to get going with country. Nepal has a long way to go before stability. I wish this long way won’t go through bigger humane disasters witnessed in Africas. We have numerous examples though out the world the democracy got in trouble before stabilizing, can’t we just do some case study and learn something before reinventing the wheel again?

Of course, it is the big-foot who hypnotize our prime-minister to buy Rs.1 crore land cruiser while Mr. Dahal would have walked from baluwatar to singha durbar if there was no security issue. It is the monster who is responsible for the introduction of ordinances in spite the parliament session was just few weeks away. The biggest reason this monster has to be shot to death is “this is stopping our government to work for people”.

This beast is more dangerous than any other beast ever discovered in this planet. But how the hell, the Maoists did not find it in 10 years when they were roaming around forests of Nepal. They should have shot with their AK 47 right at head so that it would not have stopped our fav. leaders to work for us. Nevertheless, we are World famous in Nepal for our bravery, we can kill this beast to get rid of all the problems. To hunt down this beast we still have to get the answer of last question “where”, so where the hell is this monster? We can use state-of-art GPS navigator to get to the beast in sea or land or in between we can track down this. Still not a single lead in this monster quest? not a clue? may be our leaders are the disguised monster, who inherited “monsterness” in their “previous life”
ah !!!! so we need to find the monster if it has inherited some human nature.. so that we can put it in “Singha-durbar” Anyway, the Monster quest continues…….

I still remember “Nepal is second richest in water resources” taught in my school, and i have no doubt Nepal is the worst hit by petro-crisis, where does this two things match with “the diesel plant”.  These Nepalese politicians have no vision, they are spending on product that is 7 times expensive that the hydro. Why don’t they think of setting up small hydro? Nepal is already bankrupt thanks to  “bail out” money she is getting from other nations. Oh Gosh !!! This is one of the most pathetic unwise..F***ing decision i have ever heard of..Have they forgotten that we have to transport diesel on trucks..

ah i forgot..they can suck the commission from diesel purchase…oh, i can’t bear this any more..200MW diesel plant..in Nepal….Should i cry or laugh ?? What a shame…

This boy, Bakhat B.K. is 11 years old. His father was killed by Maoists in 2005, now he is the one who is feeding his granny, mother and sister by carrying loads. He is carrying a load of 30KG from Mangalsen, Achham to Chalsa, Achham, a seven hours walk. Ironically, the load, he is carrying, contains the reading materials donated by UNICEF, for fellow children in schools of his village, Chalsa. He was weeping on his arduous trip with 30 KG load on his back. He was hired by Simal Primary School to carry the load, for which he will get Rs. 150, out of which he spent Rs. 35 to eat "half plate" meal at Mangalsen. There are more than 500 children with similar fate in Aacham alone.
